About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I am Clinton.
We all need support from time to time, and taking the first step can feel daunting. It takes courage to reach out and seek support, so I invite you to read my profile and get in touch if you would like to explore together whether I am the right therapist for you.
Life, our experiences, and our feelings can be difficult at times and can take up a lot of our energy; talking with a therapist in a confidential and nonjudgmental setting can help us understand ourselves better and live a more fulfilling life.
My accepting and thoughtful approach has been particularly supportive to clients looking for support with depression, self-esteem, internalised critical messages, shame and relationship problems.
I offer individual therapy and relationship therapy (also known as couples counselling), and I work with people who identify as LGBTQ+.
My website has full details about my practice, the therapies I offer and how I work: www.clintonraminhos.co.uk

Starting therapy might feel daunting, and you might wonder what to expect from the first session. Essentially, it allows you to see whether we would work well together. You may choose to say what brings you to therapy. I usually explain my approach to therapy and do my best to answer any questions you may have. I will also ask questions about you and what brings you to therapy. At the end of the first session, we can agree to work together, or you may choose to think things over in your own time.

About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I'm Clinton.
You might be looking for a therapist because of a specific issue, struggling with difficult emotions, or just not feeling quite right. Talking with a therapist in a confidential and supportive setting can help you become more at ease in yourself and your relationships. I will be present and collaborative as we work together.
Individual therapy offers you a unique space to focus entirely on yourself, to reflect on and gain insight into your experiences (past or present). Together we will work to make meaning and understand thr cause of what is troubling you and how this impacts your life, relationships, and experiences.
Couple / Relationship therapy offers a space to explore difficulties experienced within your partnership. Our work would be focused on your relationship, although the partners should expect self-exploration as we learn how you relate to each other. Some issues include a breakdown in communication, lack of engagement or seeking improved intimacy.
