About me and my therapy practice
If you are at a point in your life where you are motivated to seek change, counselling may be the right step.
Most people experience times when they feel low and worried, or when certain aspects of their lives are not as they would like. This could be because of specific difficulties, such as relationship breakdown or bereavement, or it could be a general sense of things not being quite right, without being sure of the reason why.
Counselling offers the space to explore what is happening, and offers you the chance to see and understand your emotional and behavioural patterns more clearly. This, in turn, can lead to new, more positive ways of responding to life.
I am an experienced Counsellor and I am registered and accredited with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I work on an individual basis with adults and young adults. I offer both long and short-term counselling in a private setting.
