I am available for weekly, ongoing sessions, or for short-term therapy. I see a maximum of 15 clients per week and I currently have a few available daytime slots, and an evening slot.
About me and my therapy practice
I work from a person-centred and integrative approach. This means that you are in the driving seat, and I tailor sessions to your needs.
I am friendly, experienced, open-minded and I aim to use language that you will understand and to explain things fully.
I work with all sorts of different life challenges to help you find your way through them.
If you are looking for support as part of a recovery programme for addiction, I can be alongside you through a journey through 12-step, or I can recommend other recovery modalities.
I currently offer Zoom online sessions so you can have therapy from the safety and comfort of your own home. If you've not had online therapy before, most people report that they were surprised at how effective it can be, and that it's helpful not to have to travel to sessions.
I offer a free taster session and then we decide to move forward, we usually agree to have a review after six sessions, so you can decide what's next.
Some clients come to explore and transform a particular challenge, others work more long-term and build in therapy as part of their weekly self-care.
My first session
I offer a 30 minute free session which you can book via my website, so we can get to know each other and see if we are a good fit. There's no obligation to go any further after booking an initial call.
