Practice description
First session is about building rapport, contracts, getting to know each other and working on what brings you to counselling, each session lasts between 50 & 60 minutes.
My first session
Our first session is an opportunity to discuss and explore the reason/s which bring you to counselling, reason/s differ from person to person but all are treated equally important.
Individual counselling sessions may focus on you. Couple therapy focuses on the relationship, family therapy will focus on the family as a whole. All therapies are opportunities to discuss the difficulties you are experiencing and together we can work towards exploring new possibilities.
