About me and my therapy practice

I am a person centred therapist, using a range of integrative therapies to meet the needs of my client.

I believe that everyone has the potential for change; this comes through working together in a gentle, progressive manner, equipping you with the tools needed for greater autonomy and independence.

Practice description

Garden Room counselling has a quiet, peaceful therapy room set in the garden.

The quiet space allow clients to feel at ease with the process and equally enjoy the benefits of the surrounding nature.

My first session

During your first session we will conduct a base line assessment to assess where you currently are. This should not take too long and then we work together on what you want to bring to the session.

The process of assessment is continually monitored so that you can also see the growth and change that you are making.

Currently doing my diploma in supervision and am looking for new supervisees. The training is a cross modality approach whereby I will work with you to enable to you work safely and encourage you to explore ethical and professional considerations.

Offering a reduced rate of £30 an hour whilst training.
