About me and my therapy practice
I am qualified supervisor and I have worked in education for 11 years. My specialism in supervision is working with young people. I am contracted with Leeds Becket University to provide supervision for the hub in education. I am a member of an alliance of supervisor's and this enables me to keep my knowledge and skills updated.
I believe the importance in supervision is been able to feel comfortable in the relationship and feel supported. Supervision provides a safe place for us to stand back and reflect on oneself and the clients needs, organizations, expectations and demands.
