-Restless with the uncertainty
-Depressed with the isolation, or
-Claustrophobic being so close to your family all day
Having one or more counselling psychotherapy sessions can help you to:
-Feel more connected again
-Calm your system, so that you can take each moment as it comes
-Be clearer, kinder, and more confident
Sessions taking place now by telephone, and online, via Zoom
This is easy and free to install, and to use on your devices. I will set you up with a link and reminders.
Single sessions are possible, to help you let off steam with someone who gets it, at this unusual and triggering time.
Or a series of sessions will help you to manage the situation more fully.
This may be the right time to finally work through any difficulties you’ve been having.
I specialise in working with anxiety, self confidence, loneliness, abandonment, feeling 'needy', codependency, relationship concerns, & binge, comfort eating or food addiction. I offer individual therapy & groupwork.
Indivicual adult psychotherapy
For anxiety, feeling low, loneliness, self confidence, relationship, family, or overeating concerns.
Is stress or anxiety keeping you awake, or feeling low making you want to sleep in? Or perhaps you want to feel less alone and have more satisfying relationships?
Life can be exhausting if you’ve lost your way, or were never taught what to do when you feel anxious or down. Most of us weren’t taught this.
Psychotherapy helps you to:
1. Observe and understand yourself with compassion
2. Rest, recover and feel calmer
3. Manage how you feel, and feel better about yourself
4. Develop stability in your relationships and at work
5. Feel more able to recreate your life how you really want it
Counselling Psychotherapy with me, may be taken short or long ter.
