Do you find it difficult to talk to family or friends?

A warm welcome to you.

Counselling or Psychotherapy with me is about getting to the heart of things in a way that is hard to do with a relative or friend.  Therapy aims to relieve your nervous system and to help you to feel ‘normal’ again. As you progress, therapy helps you to make space for your truth and to deepen in a way that uncovers a way forward that inspires you.

I like people. So I aim to help you be as interested in yourself as I am.

What are the benefits of having online sessions available flexibly?

You can access sessions from the comfort of your own home, during a time crunch, or whilst working away

They are easily accessed via my Zoom link (You don't have to be tech-savvy for this)

Group Programmes

I also offer group programmes for:

  • Binge & Overeating Recovery
  • Healthier Relationship
  • Stress Regulation
  • Body Image
  • Bereavement
  • Helping therapists to work with comfort eating recovery

Practice description

Body-Centred/ Somatic Psychotherapy

One of the ways I help you to feel more comfortable in your own skin is through embodiment.

What this means is that I direct your attention to inner experiences via your sensations and feelings in your body. This is how to access the heart of your limiting beliefs.

From this practice comes the strength of really knowing who you are, what you want, what’s troubling you, what your strengths are and all the resources you have available to you.

This helps you to move forward in a way that does more than just scratch the surface. This is healing through your body’s core. Made famous by practices like yoga and mindfulness, embodiment goes beyond CBT to the heart of the issue.
