Practice description

There is no set time scale or limited number of sessions. Some clients may find that only a small number is enough, or some may feel they need longer.

My approach is to work at a pace that is comfortable with you. There is no expectation on if or when you want to cover certain issues, this is your choice and i respect the reasons for you holding back if you feel you need to.

My first session

When you are coming to therapy, it is important to find the most appropriate therapist that meets your needs and for you to feel relaxed and at ease.

I offer an initial 30 minute free telephone/video call consultation as an opportunity for us to get to know each other and whether we can work well together.

If you feel comfortable then we can book our first session. Where i will carry out a full assessment including the reasons why you have chosen therapy and to explore what therapy is and what therapy is not.

If any of this resonates with you and it seems to be what you are looking for please phone or text.

I offer remote and face to face sessions
