About me and my therapy practice
I aim to create a helping relationship in which you can express your thoughts and feelings in such a way as to clarify your own situation, to come to terms with a new experience. I aim to help you see your difficulties more clearly and to face the problems with less anxiety and tension. It can be an opportunity to think the unthinkable and to speak the unspeakable without the fear of being judged.
Before Covid I have been offering Counselling in Yeovil, Bridgwater and Taunton. I have been a counsellor for over 30 years and am now Senior Accredited with BACP. I abide by their code of Ethics. I work with individuals and couples and I have a lot of EAP work. I currently work online and face to face in a private outdoor space.
