About me and my therapy practice
Feeling anxious or depressed now and then is a normal part of being human but sometimes our experiences or circumstances can cause these feelings to become overwhelming, stopping us from living in the way that we would like.
At the moment we are all having to deal with the added pressures of coronavirus. The pandemic has brought unexpected change and huge uncertainty for many as well as illness or bereavement for some.
Whether you are troubled by current events or something completely unrelated, I offer a space where you can talk about and gain greater understanding of your feelings without being judged.
I will work with you to explore your situation, making sense of your experiences in order to bring relief and greater clarity. This puts you in a better place to move on with your life, perhaps by making changes or by making peace with a situation that cannot be changed.
I am currently offering sessions online using Zoom which gives you the flexibility to attend the session from wherever you feel comfortable.
