About me and my therapy practice

I have been a Counsellor in Private Practice for over 18 years, helping with life issues in a supportive, respectful and caring way.

Practice description

I work from a purpose built, comfortable therapy room in a quiet street with plenty of free parking outside.

My first session

Our first session is an opportunity to meet each other, for me to get a feel of how you are feeling, what brings you to therapy and how I can help you. The first session is often a great relief as its an opportunity to finally talk, and be heard, in a safe space. If you feel you would like to continue, we will agree on a convenient weekly day and time for you come.

Our sessions will be a full hour.

I predominantly work face to face but can also work via video/ phone calls if needed.
