About me and my therapy practice
You may already know what you want from therapy or you may feel that something is not quite right but you’re not sure what. Perhaps you’re looking for help to make sense of your current feelings. Counselling is a way to bring clarity and understanding to your thoughts and feelings.
I’m a professionally qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist who can offer you a confidential space to voice your thoughts and, together, we can look for ways to process and understand them. Counselling is a conversation where we can explore what’s going on for you now and bring order to your thoughts. Together, we can tailor therapy that suits your needs. I can provide long or short-term therapy and I use a range of techniques to help you move forward or reach your goal.
I’ve been working in a therapeutic setting since 2017 and I currently work in an adult addiction centre, a school and at a crisis helpline, as well as my own private practice. I integrate person-centred with psychodynamic therapy. That means we work together to look at how you’re currently feeling and, sometimes look at the past to bring understanding to the present.
