About me and my therapy practice
Do you sometimes feel that life seems too much or too difficult? Do you feel that your life has lost its meaning?
We can often feel as though we’re alone, scared, and that there’s nothing we can do. And that’s actually very common. People can hide their problems from others because they fear what will happen if they were to admit this to anyone else. But we all have problems, and we can all work towards solving them.
And this is how therapy can help.
Therapy offers you a safe space to talk about the issues you might be struggling with. It’s an opportunity to talk to someone without judgment or shame. By talking to another person, therapy helps you make sense of what’s going on and to look at what you would like to change in your life.
I am an Existential therapist which is a type of therapy that aims to try and understand your situation as best as possible so you can feel heard and understood, and to examine your anxieties and difficulties to help you make the best choices you can to face the difficulties life throws at us.
I work in Oxfordshire and have many years of experience working with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, childhood abuse, and dissociation. I believe that therapy should be accessible and affordable, so please ask about my concession rates if needed.

My first session
I offer an initial introductory session to find out what brought you to seek therapy and what you would wish from therapy. This introductory session is an hour long and is priced at £30. If after this introductory session it is agreed that you would like us to work together then we will arrange for a suitable time and day to begin therapy sessions.
