About me and my therapy practice
Psychosynthesis is a transpersonal model in which an individual is seen as more than their presenting issues. My practice acknowledges our individual uniqueness and our connection to the whole; family, society, spirituality, humanity.
I work with all aspects of the human experience. As a recovering addict I particularly work with addiction, anxiety, abuse, relationship issues and depression. I also work with gender, sex, sexuality and chemsex issues in the LGBTQ+ community. I’m based in Central London (W1) and am also available to work with clients via video conferencing platforms.
I work with clients to restore and renew contact with Self and feelings of connections and love. I hold a space that is safe, non-judgemental, compassionate, nurturing and accepting of YOU. You, exactly as you are. I work in a way that allows the meeting and inclusion of challenges, pain and shadow as well as our light and joy. It means embracing the full range of human experience and being with the present moment. I find different environments outside of the therapy room can allow for clients to explore themselves more deeply. Where appropriate, I incorporate other healing modalities, such as Reiki or physical movement.
I ensure that I keep connected with the ever-evolving field of therapy and healing by attending regular CPD training. I am also a counsellor involved in health and wellness retreats and co-facilitate therapeutic groups.
