About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and a member of the BACP. I have experience of supporting people facing intense emotional turmoil and pain, people who have suffered loss and experienced traumatic life events and feel that they have reached the end of the road. I also have an experience of dealing with intense mental health issues like Borderline Personality Disorder. At my most recent placement in the NHS I helped individuals who experienced feelings as overwhelming and overpowering. I have been trained and practice specialist techniques developed to help such individuals through what has come to be called MBT (Mentalisation Behavioural Treatment) to reach out and help people manage the symptoms of BPD.
