I work solely on Zoom and have availability on several days. I realise that it can be difficult to find time for sessions, therefore I offer early morning sessions as well. (From 7 am)

About me and my therapy practice
We all need some help at times. It’s okay to not always know the answers to everything. It’s okay to stop and take stock of where you are. You might feel stuck, you might feel hopeless. It’s good to know that things can change, that you can change.
I offer a safe space for you to explore, a space to be heard, a space where mutual respect is essential. A therapeutic relationship is non-judgemental, equal and respectful. A therapeutic relationship is like going on a journey, where you decide where to go and where to explore. My training is in Transactional Analysis. TA has, at the heart of its philosophy, the life stance 'I'm OK, You're OK '. This life stance is important to me in my work with clients.
I have experience with couples, who experience difficulties in their relationship and want a better way of communicating with each other. Arguments appear to have the same pattern again and again, which can be exhausting. I can help you in feeling connected again and understanding your own process.
Often we feel alone in our troubles and dare not share what we feel or think. This can lead to feeling ashamed, hiding away and becoming more isolated, not allowing your true self to shine. I invite you to take the step and talk with me about whatever happened, whatever you think, feel or do... I'm here to support you, together we will find a way to move forward, to change the story you have created about yourself, to look with different eyes, to feel with more compassion.
Allow yourself to be.
After an initial conversation about what you are experiencing and what you'd like to address, we agree on a time and day to meet weekly.
It can be difficult to talk about feelings, fears and issues which might have been buried for a long time. Sometimes, it helps to talk about minor matters first, before tackling the underlying issues. I provide time and space, for as long as it takes, following your pace, supporting your process.
I make verbal contracts with my clients, to ensure we are working towards the same outcome. Having a contract means we can measure progress and see how far you've come. We can re-contract as many times as is needed as the process develops, reflecting the changes and deepening in the relationship.
Currently, I am working online. Many clients actually find this way of working preferable. It saves time and petrol and many found that the online platform actually has great advantages, as people often feel safe in their own space.
My first session
The first session is used to establish rapport, to explore what we are going to work on and to agree on the working relationship.
An initial assessment is done and a contract is signed and a date for our weekly meetings is agreed upon.
The first session allows both parties to feel whether they can work together.
