About me and my therapy practice
I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist (attachment-based) trained at the Bowlby Centre, of which I am an active member. I offer short-term counselling for immediate emotional crisis and longer-term psychotherapy for meaningful life change.
I have particular experience of treating clients with sexual abuse, addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, bereavement and relationships issues.
I offer couple psychotherapy, using the Emotionally Focus Therapy method of practice.
I am UKCP registered and MBACP registered and abide to their code of practice. I am a member of the Bowlby Centre and an affiliated member of ICEEFT
I offer a safe, respectful, confidential environment. My practice is in Hackney (easy reach from Hackney central or Clapton rail station). Please see my website for more information
