About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified and experienced counsellor, life coach and supervisor with over almost 25years experience.

I work from a Person Centred perceptive. I believe that you, the client are the expert in your life.

I work within the core beliefs of Empathy, Unconditional Positive Regard and Congruence. I offer a safe non judgemental space for you to explore your inner most fears.
