About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I am Rebecca and I offer counselling and therapy for anyone experiencing feelings of low self-esteem, lack of motivation, depression, anxiety and alcohol and substance dependency. I have over 20 years of experience, providing bespoke support for individuals, couples, and family members seeking help to understand the concerns surrounding depression, anxiety, poor mental health, addiction and/or dependency. I am BACP registered and hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Addiction Psychology and Counselling as well as being an accredited member of Addiction Professionals as an Advanced Practitioner.
