About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I am Rebecca and I make it my purpose to reduce the stigma associated with addiction and improve mental health. I aim to promote healthier ways of being to alleviate substance use, behavioural addiction and negative patterns of thinking.

I have over 20 years of experience, providing bespoke support for individuals, couples, and family members seeking help to understand the concerns surrounding addiction and/or dependency. I am BACP registered and hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Addiction Psychology and Counselling as well as being an Accredited member of Addiction Professionals as an Advanced Practitioner. 


Practice description

I have flexible working hours which includes private practice in both North Oxford and  Fitzrovia, London. I also offer online and telephone sessions for those not wishing to travel.

My integrated approach includes:

All my work is trauma-informed, meaning I follow the guiding principles of Safety, Choice, Collaboration, Trustworthiness and Empowerment.

My first session

Each session is, on average, 50 - 60 minutes. I offer a complimentary 20-minute orientation session to allow you time to explain why you are seeking support. The session ensures that I can meet your needs and that you feel comfortable with the process.
