About me and my therapy practice
If you feel low in mood or depressed, have anxiety, phobias, low self esteem, post traumatic stress disorder, health or relationship issues or just feel that something in your life is just not right but do not know why then I will be glad to hear from you. Together we can discuss the best way forward and tailor the work to your needs and wishes.
I also offer couple counselling (£70.00 for 70 minutes) which can improve your relationship, helping you to understand each other and overcome any difficulties that may have occurred.
I provide a professional service within a private and comfortable setting. I offer a confidential space for you to explore your difficulties guided by the counselling process
I believe counselling can make a huge difference to how you view yourself, your relationships and your life. Why not contact me for an initial chat? You can then decide if counselling could be right for you with no obligation.
I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and follow their Code of Ethics.
My practice is easily accessible by car with good parking and my counselling room is private and comfortable. Disabled access is available.
