About me and my therapy practice
As an experienced CBT therapist, I work with a wide range presenting issues.
Therapy can provide an opportunity for you to think and talk in confidence about personal or emotional difficulties that are worrying you. It is a time and space for you to open up, examine, reflect and begin to understand the root of your troubles. It will offer you a space to explore them, build your resilience and develop different ways of dealing with them.
At the heart of the therapeutic experience is the relationship between you and your Therapist. So, it is important that you find someone with whom you like and trust.
