About me and my therapy practice
We all come to counselling for different reasons, but everyone takes up therapy to feel better about themselves. To feel good enough. You’ve chosen to read my profile because somehow you know there’s a need to change. Congratulations, recognising this is the first step.
Let’s face it, life can be hard. To tackle the challenges we endure day-to-day, it’s essential to build a good psychological foundation and increase our fortitude. Without a balanced lifestyle our bodies and minds become less resilient. Are you struggling to move forward?
My life philosophy is simple – be consistent and things will change for you. Work with me if you want to create healthier habits/behaviours and relinquish old beliefs that have weighed you down. I can show you the strategies to move forward.
I specialise in behavioural change, motivation, relationships, addiction, depression and anxiety. Through self reflection you will realise that the issues you are experiencing are linked to your core beliefs about yourself. These beliefs control you... for now.
I also work as a Personal Trainer, facilitating clients’ physical challenges through exercise. Healthy body, healthy mind. Fitness and mental wellness is connected and it’s my pleasure to assist people to unlock their confidence and release the fear that holds them back.
