About me and my therapy practice
20 years experience in mental health NHS Trust working with eating disorders, addictions, anxiety and depression and over twenty years working with relationships. I have worked as a supervisor in an alcohol agency, at the Maudsley in Eating Disorders and with Marriagecare as a couple counsellor.
Practice description
I work integratively with individuals both young people, adults and relationships using both long and short term work as needed.
My first session
Is about forming a relationship and mutually assessing and agreeing to work together.

About me and my therapy practice
I work within a contract agreed with my supervisee. The sessions are 50 minutes or longer by agreement.
My private practice is with relationships and individuals using either CAT, CBT or what works best with a particular client or clients. I do not work with children under the age of around 14/15 years old.
Practice description
I have worked as a supervisor for many years both in relationship work and in my work with individuals. I am a CAT psychotherapist and supervisor and work integratively. I have 20 years experience working for the NHS in eating disorders and addictions particularly alcohol.
My first session
My first session as in a first therapy session, is about contracting and finding out if it can be a good and comfortable working relationship.
