About me and my therapy practiceI have worked in the NHS for over 30 years as a Registered Nurse; in 2010 I gained a MSc in Counselling Psychology and subsequently extended my NHS career working as a counsellor in a NHS staff support service where I worked with clients who would present with a wide range of life issues. Working in the NHS in my role as both a Registered Nurse and a Counsellor, I know and understand the difficulties and pressures working in a large organisation can bring. My aim here at the practice is to to offer you a safe and confidential space where you feel understood and heard. We will work together to explore some of your life challenges that may be stopping you from being the person you believe you can be. The first Counselling session is free of charge and is for us to meet to see how we would like to work together.
