About me and my therapy practice

We are all have our own 'unique life experience' that shapes our ideology and helps to mould the person that we eventually become. This in turn will have a bearing upon how we perceive our environment and come to terms with the many challenges that may face us upon our journey.

The ethos of 'My counselling' is to 'Celebrate Your Individuality'

I offer a Humanistic and Integrative counselling service that sponsors the creativity of the individual.

I offer counselling for Depression and Anxiety; for bereavement, or loss. Life changing situations that we have no control over, that can leave us feeling debilitated; overwhelmed and un

motivated. It’s important at times like this to work through your issues in a safe space without fear of judgement. In order to be able to reach clarity and perspective.

To share is to know that you are not alone.

Please feel free to contact me for more information.
