About me and my therapy practice

23 years Counselling experience, 12 years working for IAPT NHS Services Doncaster.  Trained in different Counselling Models, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), IPT (Interpersonal Psychotherapy) & Person Centred Approach. This enables me to provide an Eclectic Integrative approach to suit the needs of my clients.

Covering many areas, including Depression/Anxiety/Grief, Loss & Bereavement, Life adjustments and Couples Work. I am a trained supervisor so I can provide Supervision to other counsellors. 

I offer a Confidential, Discreet and Non Judgmental Service to private clients and Employer EAP providers. Convenient appointment times and Remote working, including Telephone, Video & Skype etc.

Practice description

I can work with Skype, Google Meet and Zoom and telephone work. Plus face to face therapy.

I have over 23 years experience of Counselling and trained in different modalities including Person Centred, CBT, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and offer an eclectic,Integrative approach to my clients and supervisees. 

I am trained and experienced in many common areas of issues. And worked for the NHS IAPT Talking Therapies Service for 11 years.

I can also offer a reduced rate to Students.
