About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome!
You have taken the first step towards your therapeutic journey. It feels important to acknowledge how natural it is to feel many intense emotions before beginning counselling/Psychotherapy. I encourage you to allow yourself to feel what you need to and take things at your own pace. Choosing the right therapist is an important part of the process.
I am a warm, empathic and non-judgmental therapist, offering a safe and calm environment for you to freely express yourself and feel heard. My modality is person-centred, which means we work in a way that feels comfortable for you, allowing you the autonomy you need to process your experiences, thoughts and feelings. Giving time and space for reflection to gain a stronger sense of self.
In my experience as a therapist, I have found that the relationship is the true therapy and through this, you can develop a deeper sense of trust, safety and connection, not only with me but most importantly yourself. In turn, this will help you identify and explore your most hidden and deep-rooted difficulties, find freedom and empowerment in understanding yourself at a deeper level and gain the confidence to make the changes you want to see in your life whether that be relationships, work, or purely just for you.
When struggling to make sense of things, and experiencing overwhelming thoughts and emotions the therapeutic journey can be a transformative process if you allow yourself to take those steps.
Within my practice, I am flexible to work with what suits you best. I offer face to face sessions, online and over the telephone. I also do walk and talk therapy within the Blackheath and Greenwich area.

My first session
I offer an initial 15-minute free consultation where you have the opportunity to ask any questions and explore any thoughts/feelings you may have regarding starting therapy. Following this, we can then discuss what feels right for you going forward.
