My first session
Initially you will have a 20 minute free consultation on the phone so I can understand your needs and we can decide where to go from there.
We can also discuss whether you would want your sessions remotely or in person, and the reasons why you feel that counselling will be beneficial for you.
From there, we will book in your first session at a time that works for you best.
All consultations are confidential and I always want to ensure you feel comfortable to have an initial chat with me.
