About me and my therapy practice
Are you feel stressed, depressed or anxious? Do you feel you are struggling to cope with your emotions? Are you facing difficult decisions in your life right now? Do you feel the need to talk to someone in confidence? If so, I would like to help you.
I have been using counselling skills for the past 20 years as a therapist and nurse to help people through dark, challenging times.
In addition to my professional training and experience, I draw on my own personal experience of life, suffering and counselling to enhance my therapeutic relationship with my clients.
Whatever you are going through right now or have been through in the past, I can offer you a confidential, caring and accepting place where you can safely explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of being judged or shamed.
I work with clients on an appointment by appointment basis without the need for long term commitment. Even just a few sessions of counselling can be life changing.
Practice description
I offer face-to-face appointments in Penzance as well as online across the UK and internationally.
Counselling sessions are confidential and non-judgemental to help you feel safe to talk about whatever you are comfortable without feeling afraid, embarrassed or ashamed.

I can offer you a free initial online consultation to discuss how therapy might help you meet your needs and goals. You are under no obligation to continue therapy with me.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer online supervision to student and qualified counsellors.
I have completed my training as a supervisor as part of my BA Honours degree in Counselling Studies. My approach is a person-centred one but I also work with other supervision approaches such as the developmental and seven eyed model. I have my own qualified BACP supervisor who supervises my work.
Trainee counsellors need to be trained in person-centred or integrative counselling, and be members of the BACP.
