I am available Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am until 1pm.

Hi. My name is Diana. I offer psychotherapeutic counselling and transformational coaching. My role is to listen deeply to you, to empower you and facilitate the creation of your own unique, meaningful and purposeful life. Together we begin a phase in your life’s journey in which you can connect to your whole self. If you are either feeling sad, anxious and helpless or feeling like you want to re-evaluate your life at this time please contact me.

At the moment I am just working online due to the current situation we are. Psychosynthesis is a psycho-spiritual psychology which  is aimed at psychological healing as well as spiritual development. We look at your patterns and barriers that stop you from living a fulfilling life in the present. 

Once you have arranged to connect with me, we will book an initial appointment to discuss your coaching or counselling needs and requirements more deeply.

I will discuss with you the ways I work and recommend a path tailored specifically to your requirements. Depending upon the context you present we will agree a way forward and a contract for working.

In our first session we focus on your reason to why you are here and a little bit on your history as well as on your outcome that you are looking for. You can ask me questions about my work.  It will help us to see if we have a connection and would like to work together.
