About me and my therapy practice
Your decision to seek therapy, suggests you're in need of outside help to make sense of problems or to exercise greater levels of control. this doesn’t mean all your life is broken, but certain unresolved grey areas are compromising your relationship with self and others. My role as a psychodynamic counsellor is to provide an environment that is confidential and safe;
Practice description
Where you can explore feelings and resolve current problems. Create a therapeutic alliance, to deal with presenting problems providing an outside perspective on how the past influence present, bring the unconscious into conscious awareness, and your use of defense to avoid feelings, or the impact of complex trauma.

My first session
My aim is to help you find ways to resolve your issues develop better coping skills and self awareness. As a qualified therapeutic counsellor and BACP member I offer a range of services from: Addiction counselling, DBT. Couple therapy, complex trauma, Anxiety-depression and Christian counselling.
BACP do not promote or endorse the provision of face-to-face therapy during the current crisis. Where face-to-face therapy is offered, this is at the discretion of individual practitioners.

About me and my therapy practice
My role, as a psychodynamic therapist, is to provide an environment that is confidential and safe.
This is why I do what I do.
I provide an outside perspective to help you understand how your past influences present behaviours; your use of defences to avoid reality and awareness of how unconscious reoccurrence operates in your life. With your assistance my aim is to develop different strategies in making better choices to existing problems and explore past feelings memories. This doesn’t mean all your life is broken, but certain grey areas compromising the relationships you’re having with self and others.
Practice description
Freeing yourself from your constraints would mean talking to a qualified counsellor, like myself, who understands how the unconscious mind works in relation to problems.
As a qualified therapist and registered member of British Association of counsellor and psychotherapist, I have years of experience working with wide-ranging issues over a long or short term period.
I offer a range of therapeutic services from DBT, complex trauma, behavioural therapy, inner child trauma therapy, couples and relationship counselling, addiction therapy, anxiety, anger, depression, Christian counselling or Spiritual and Holistic Care.
