About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling more down or worried than usual? Maybe overwhelmed, lost, stressed, anxious or stuck? Or perhaps you’ve experienced a trauma, loss or bereavement, in the past or recently, that is affecting your daily life?

I work with adults offering face to face, zoom or telephone therapy sessions.
As an integrative counsellor, I have training and experience in a variety of therapeutic approaches and so can tailor each session to your individual need, whether it is working in the here and now or exploring your past.
I offer a dedicated time in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore your feelings and experiences and help you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself. This can lead to you having more self-confidence, a greater feeling of self-worth and the ability to better manage life’s problems and challenges.
Regardless of the approach I will always be trying to see things from your point of view, going at your pace, working with you as an equal to explore your feelings, emotions, fears and experiences to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and find your own solutions.
My first session
At our first session I will find out more about you to get a real sense of who you are. We will discuss what has brought you to counselling, what you want from it and how we can best work together to achieve that. If you are then happy to continue, we will arrange to have further regular sessions.
