I am available for online sessions every Monday-Friday between the hours of 9.30am and 5pm via the Teams platform. If these hours are not suitable for you, please contact me as I can be flexible.
About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative therapist providing therapy to those who are experiencing difficulties in their personal or work life such as anxiety, depression, stress, work related stress, disordered eating, bereavement, trauma and abuse.
I work from a Person Centred foundation incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques to help you therapeutically progress.
I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and I practice within the safety of its framework.
I offer confidential online therapy and space to explore the things which are causing you distress in order to move forward with the issues you are facing. I offer a non judgemental and safe environment for you to explore your thoughts and emotions and to understand how they are impacting your life.
My practice incorporates CBT techniques, trauma stablilisation and psychoeducation. I have extensive experience working with male and female adults with a variety of issues within the Blue Light services helping to overcome traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression and stress. I work from a trauma informed approach and have a deep understanding of the professional and personal impacts of working within emergency services.
My goal is to ensure all individuals I work with, therapeutically progress in the way they want to, to build a safe and solid alliance and allow them to feel seen, heard and understood. I am passionate about and believe in the power of therapy and how transformative it can be.

My first session
I understand how daunting it can feel trying to find the right therapist for you. I am a client lead therapist, in our first session I will go at your pace and we can identify the areas you want to focus on which will be of the most benefit to you and your life going forward.
