About me and my therapy practice

I work in an integrative way with adults and teenager in private practice. This covers a huge range of issues and I have experience of working with a diversity of different clients in different settings.

I also work with parents experiencing parenting issues.

I am also a school counsellor where my clients are primary school aged children. Here I use a combination of art and play therapy.

I have worked with teachers, support staff, and parents in school settings for over 15 years.

I also offer supervision for counsellors and teaching staff.

Practice description

I offer 60 minuet sessions.

I work mostly face to face. I can work by telephone or by on line video link if clients are unable to get to my practice.

My first session

I like to initially have a telephone conversation with potential clients. This is then followed by a one hour assessment session. I then give my clients 24 hours to decide if they want to work with me. I believe that finding the right therapist is essential for the work. if we both agree to work together I contract for six sessions followed by a review.
