I currently have some availability for face to face sessions on Monday evenings in the Lisburn (BT28) area. I also have some limited day time availability for phone and video sessions.
About me and my therapy practice
I work with clients on a variety of issues such as: bereavement; PTSD and complex trauma; childhood abuse; sexual abuse; loss; anxiety; stress; anger; depression; self esteem ; loneliness and confidence.
I offer a safe, confidential space for you to explore your situation without judgement or advice. I believe there is always a way forward, no matter how hopeless or dark the situation appears. It is my goal to work with you so that feel heard, understood and empowered to make changes in your life and move forward.
Finding a counsellor that you feel safe and comfortable with is crucial and I offer a free initial consultation (up to 30 mins) so that you can decide if I am the best fit for you.
I offer face to face and remote counselling sessions via telephone and online (Zoom/ Teams).
My first session
In your first session we will explore what has brought you to counselling and a little about your personal history, such as significant life events. We will also discuss what you would like to achieve from counselling and agree a focus for your sessions.
