About me and my therapy practice
Hello, my name is Lisa and I am passionate about helping people improve their mental health and empowering them to make positive changes in their lives.
You may feel like you have lost your way and don’t know how to move forward. Or maybe you feel stuck in a rut and feel powerless to change things in your life.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor, which means I can adapt my training to work in a way that best fits you and your needs. I offer a safe, confidential space for you to explore issues in your life that are troubling you and work with you to feel empowered to change what you can.

I offer face to face, telephone and online (Zoom) counselling sessions.
My first session
Your first session (sometimes called an assessment) will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have and talk through any concerns around the counselling process. You can talk through how you see your situation and what you are hoping to achieve from counselling.
If at the end of this session, you would like to go ahead and start therapy, we will agree on what you would like to focus on so that you can get the most value from your sessions.
