About me and my therapy practice
Hello, my name is Lisa and I work with clients on a variety of issues such as: bereavement; loss; anxiety; stress; anger; depression; self esteem and confidence.
As a qualified integrative counsellor I can adapt my training to work with you in a way that best fits you and your needs. I offer a safe, confidential space for you to explore your situation without judgement or advice. I believe there is always a way forward, no matter how hopeless or dark the situation appears. It is my goal to work with you so that feel heard, understood and empowered to make changes in your life and move forward.
Finding a counsellor that you feel safe and comfortable with is crucial and I offer a free initial consultation (up to 30 mins) so that you can decide if I am the best fit for you.
I offer face to face, telephone and online (Zoom) counselling sessions. I rent a wheelchair accessible room in the Belfast area for face to face sessions.
