About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced counselling therapist (Integrative and Transpersonal Approach), working in the New Malden, Surrey area. I offer a confidential, safe and non-judgmental space for clients wishing to explore the difficulties and challenges that life often presents to us. For example, at any age we may suddenly find ourselves facing health changes, relationship difficulties and conflicts, loss and bereavement, loneliness, sadness, trauma and anxiety. Or we might be feeling stuck in life and desiring change at some level. Therapy, and the building of a trusting relationship between therapist and client can help to support the individual in exploring the way ahead.
During my career in the mental health field (including over 25 years in NHS Mental Health Services), I worked across the spectrum of mental health care and distress, and with people of all ages and from varying cultural backgrounds. I was a Visiting Lecturer at University Level for many years, and I welcome inquiries from students who might be encountering difficulties with their studies.
