Anxious, stressed, upset, depressed, overwhelmed? Lacking joy or stability in your life? Perhaps a feeling of unhappiness, a sense that things just aren't quite right in your life?
A safe, non-judgemental, and supportive environment could help you to discover a way to work through your thoughts and feelings and live a life which is more fulfilling. It can be very difficult to work through problems and concerns while they whirl around your head - perhaps you feel lost, distracted, powerless? I can give you a calm and confidential space and time to sort out your thoughts, identify changes you would like to make and develop skills to manage. Counselling is all about you and the choices you can make - choices that might not have seemed possible before. That might seem scary, but I'm here to support you through your process.
I can be reached by email or phone. If you phone, I may not be able to answer your call immediately - so please leave a voicemail message if you would like me to call you back. Out of consideration for your privacy, I will not call back if you do not leave a voicemail or text message asking me to. Please ensure you have said your phone number when leaving a voicemail if you would like me to call you.
Unfortunately, I have found that Microsoft email addresses (e.g. Hotmail, Outlook) tend to send my emails to spam. I have so far been unable to resolve this, and of course never send unsolicited emails. If you use a Microsoft email address and have not received a reply from me, please check your spam folder.

These are very real physical illnesses with numerous debilitating symptoms, but the mental and emotional impacts of living with these conditions can be worked with in counselling.
