I work flexible hours. Mon - Fri from 9 am to 5 pm and on a Sat
9 am to 2 pm.

About me and my therapy practice
I have been trained to work integratively. Each individual is different so I cater the service to meet individual needs. I can see you face-to-face; online (Microsoft Teams); on chat or on the telephone, whichever you prefer. Please indicate which you prefer.
In therapy, I use mindfulness, art, drawing and talking CBT and SFT.
To begin we discuss your needs in the first session and what you wish to achieve from therapy.
The D&T is a 12-week course that allows you to process painful emotions in a manner that does not directly talk about problems. this is particularly beneficial for children and people who are unsure of the cause of their distress.
CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) looks at how thoughts impact behaviour.
SFT (solution focussed therapy) looks at exploring hope
I provide a safe space to talk confidentially, mindfulness is about being in the present moment, if we ponder our past or future we lose our present where we are and this can be a significant stress factor.
My first session
In the first session, we go through your needs and what you wish to gain from therapy. here you decide if you want the 12-week drawing and talking or the counselling alone.
