I am an Integrative Relational Counsellor based in London. As an integrative relational counsellor I draw on several different therapeutic techniques finding the combination which works best for you as an individual.

Sometimes life throws the unexpected at us, such as the passing of a loved one, diagnosis of illness, divorce or redundancy to name but a few. We can also feel low or depressed for no apparent reason, or perhaps you have lost focus and direction. Most people go through changes at some point in their life and it is reassuring to know that counselling offers the opportunity to work through and manage these changes effectively with the support of a trained therapist.

I am a qualified and experienced Supervisor, holding a Level 6 OCN qualification in Supervision. 

I practice Integrative Relational Counselling and for supervision I follow the Hawkins & Shohet 7-eyed model.

I am a BACP Accredited counsellor with an established and busy private practice. I have had experience working for the NHS and in a specialist addiction agency.
