About me and my therapy practice
Following the government recommendations I am currently conducting my client sessions on Skype, Zoom or WhatsApp video.
If you are experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, depression, low self-esteem, bereavement or relationship difficulties, I can help you work through these issues in a warm, empathic space where you can talk to me about your concerns. In addition I work with stress and trauma, family issues including abusive relationships, sexual abuse, identity issues and life changing events. I see therapy as a collaborative endeavor between us that allows you to openly explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment, that aims to help you feel heard, acknowledged and understood. Therapy will help you make meaning of your life, bring clarity and empower you to create a more positive future. As a qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist, I work on a long or short term basis as required. I am aware that each person is unique and I draw on several approaches to find the best and most appropriate way of working with you and cater for your individual needs.
