About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified integrative counsellor (MSc Therapeutic Counselling) which means I draw upon a range of different theoretical perspectives to best suit your needs. My aim is to provide a safe, empathic, confidential and non-judgmental space for you to talk openly and freely about whatever has brought you to counselling. Through establishing a warm, collaborative therapeutic relationship, I can support you to gain a better understanding of the things that are on your mind and the difficulties you are facing. This can enable you to find different ways of looking at and addressing issues.
To find out more about how I might be able to help you, or if you would like to book an initial session, please do get in touch.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Situated a five-minute walk from Blackheath village, my practice premises are discreet, comfortable and easily accessible by public transport. There is also ample street parking available.
