About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative psychotherapist which means that I use a variety of counselling modalities to help you achieve your goals for counselling. This allows me to work uniquely with each client in a very flexible and adaptable way. I use a combination of Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Personal Centred and Psychodynamic counselling modalities.
I am non judgemental, respectful, empathic and I am passionate about mental wellness . I offer a nurturing environment where you will be listened to, valued and accepted as we work together.
Do you struggle with negative feelings such as "I'm not good enough" or " I am a failure"? Counselling can help you understand your thoughts, beliefs and emotions. Sometimes we just need a confidential space to bring issues in life, to gain perspective and make positive changes. I aim to help you achieve your goals for counselling, whatever they may be.

My first session
The first session will consist of finding out what you need from our sessions together and how we can aim to work towards that goal(s).
I will take an assessment which provides an overview of what you need and helps to provide a framework for our work together.
