I am an experienced integrative counsellor and CBT therapist. It means that I draw on different therapeutic models to meet your needs. I integrate person-centered, psychodynamic, and CBT approach in my therapeutic work. I also offer a single session (60 min), as well as 30-minute appointments.


​My core values are warmth, empathy and a non-judgmental attitude. I believe that professional relationship is at the core of therapeutic work. I can help you and support you in difficult moments, offering a warm and safe space where you can feel valued and listened to. My work also involves helping you to gain some insights into how past experiences affect your current feelings and behaviour and how to make positive changes in life.
