About me and my therapy practice
I am a dedicated Integrative Counsellor and a Trainee Counselling Psychologist, committed to providing tailored support to meet the unique needs of my clients. By integrating person-centered, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) approaches, I create a holistic and flexible therapeutic experience. My experience include primary and secondary care within the NHS and charity sectors.
At the heart of my practice are warmth, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach. In our work together, I offer a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where you can feel truly heard and valued.
Together, we can explore how past experiences shape your current emotions and behaviours leading to empowerment and healthier relationships. I can offer strategies to build resilience leading to lasting changes in life.

I am an experienced integrative counsellor and CBT therapist offering long and short-term work. It means that I draw on different therapeutic models to meet your needs. I integrate person-centered, psychodynamic, and CBT approaches in my therapeutic work.
I am currently in my final year of doctorate in Counselling Psychology. My core values are warmth, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude.
