About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. It means that I draw on a different therapeutic models to meet your needs. I integrate person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT and Clarkson’s Five Relationship model in my therapeutic work.
My core values are warmth, empathy and non-judgmental attitude. I believe that professional relationship is at the core of therapeutic work. I can help you and support you in difficult moments, offering a warm and safe space where you can feel valued and listened to. My work also involves helping you to gain some insights into how past experiences affect your current feelings and behaviour and how to make positive changes in life.
I work according to BACP ethical guidelines. I am a registered member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
