About me and my therapy practice
During times in our life we can experience difficulties that are hard to overcome.
I offer therapy that is tailored to you to enable you to overcome your difficulties and live a more fulfilling life.
I am a therapeutic counsellor, working from Nine Springs Natural Health Centre, Yeovil, and at the Health Centre in Wincanton, Somerset.
I have a special interest in relationships, trauma, C-PTSD,
I offer a flexible appointment times best suited for you, daytimes, evenings and weekends
As a person, I have been described as being calm, thoughtful, trustworthy and having a warm nature, interests include walking in nature, travel, cooking and spending time with friends and family, who are very important to me.

Supervision
Qualifications;
NCS Accredited, Level 7, Advanced Diploma in Counselling Supervision.
I provide supervision from a person centred and Integrative perspective.
My approach is supportive, collaborative and I always seek to be aiding supervisee's to grow in confidence, feel 're-fuelled' and generally resourced in the work. I work within the boundaries of the BACP Ethical Framework.
One to One Supervision.
Supervision offers a safe space to bring and explore any concerns or issues that you may have from both your personal and client work, whilst enabling you to work ethically, thus giving the opportunity to be supported and, gaining clarity for the benefit of yourself and your clients.
Supervision also offers new ideas.
Price per 60-minute session.
Student counsellor £40.00 per hour.
Qualified counsellor £50.00 per hour.
