Since Covid, many people are experiencing anxieties and stress. Even problems that seemed manageable before can now feel too much. It’s as though everything is sitting on a bed of Covid worries, so it’s not surprising that people are struggling. You are not alone if this is happening to you. Talking and finding new ways of coping or a new perspective can really help.

 If you're a student I have a good understanding of your needs as I have taught counselling and worked with university students. I also offer professional supervision to therapists and those in related professions.

I am a qualified supervisor, offering supervision to individuals and groups, working with trainees, qualified counsellors and other related professions. I provide a safe environment and supportive relationship where you can explore your practice.

Although I am a humanistic practitioner, I work with people from differing therapeutic approaches as I believe that an honest relationship is what is key to good supervision.

I have also taught counselling so enjoy working with students and have a good understanding of your needs.
