I offer 1:1 hourly sessions predominantly in the evening after 6pm (Monday to Thursday).
The initial session is free of charge to allow us both the opportunity to ensure that we can develop a therapeutic approach which aligns with your needs.
Day sessions are available on request after 12pm - 6pm on a Friday.
These sessions are offered to adults 18 plus years of age through an on-line platform (Zoom)
I am happy to offer as much flexibility as possible with regard to session times.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a a fully qualified integrative Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I graduated in 2020 and have over 200 hours of 1:1 client experience in relation to the treatment of Anxiety, Depression, self-esteem issues, Panic, Social Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Grief, Perfectionism, Procrastination, relationship issues, and Phobias.
Since I am an integrated practitioner, this allows me to use techniques from various counselling modalities, a particular interest of mine is Compassion Focused Therapy which is particularly useful in treating feelings of shame and guilt which we all suffer from.
I will tailor treatment to you the individual whether you are looking for formal structure or an understanding ear (perhaps both). People are unique and so the treatment plan should be as well.
As mentioned above I will work with you to ensure you receive a tailored and unique treatment plan which align with your values and goals.
Mental health has always been at the forefront of my interests and good mental health has always been but even more so over the last few years of upmost importance. When we have good mental health life is easier to bear. I am here to offer you a supportive hand and ear to help you deal with whatever life is throwing at you at the moment and to help you thrive in the future.
My first session
As mentioned above I am happy to provide a 60 minute free session initially to ensure we are a good therapeutic fit.
