About me and my therapy practice

I offer one-on-one counselling sessions, following an integrative approach in an emotionally supportive, confidential and relaxed atmosphere. To help individuals deal with anxiety and depression. I am intergatively trained.
I have a rich background working with individuals who have suffered a traumatic brain injury. I provide one-on-one counselling for individuals with brain injury as well as any family or friends who have been impacted by TBI.
