About me and my therapy practice
Life can sometimes be challenging and at times we all need support with our emotional well-being, and therapy can help you feel less anxious and more in control. I bring warmth and empathy along with a sense of humour providing a non-judgemental and confidential environment to be there for you.
I work as a counsellor for adults and young people, having worked alongside a number of charities in and around Norfolk. My experience includes working as a Cruse Bereavement volunteer, and counselling and supporting Family Action clients. I also work within a school in various supporting roles.
I am a qualified and experienced counsellor, Dip, Couns and work using an integrative person-centred approach. As an accredited member of the BACP and the NCS, I adhere to both of their ethical frameworks. I am based in Swaffham where I am able to offer face to face counselling, along with online therapy and telephone counselling to all of the British Isles.
