About me and my therapy practice

I am a Level 5 qualified and dedicated counsellor who specialises in providing professional support to both adults and young people. I have worked with young people throughout my career and  have developed a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals at different stages of their lives.

I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients, where they can freely express their concerns and feelings. Through my empathetic approach, I aim to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship, empowering clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I work with various therapeutic modalities, tailoring my approach to meet each individual's specific needs.

Practice description

- Adolescent Counselling: I understand the complexities of adolescence and provide a compassionate space for young people to navigate issues such as peer pressure, self-esteem, exam stress, bullying, among many other things

- Adult Counselling: I aim to support individuals through life transitions, relationship challenges, work-related stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and other personal difficulties that may arise in adulthood.

BACP Membership:

I am a proud member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). As a BACP member, I adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and professional development.
