About me and my therapy practice
I provide a safe and open space for us to explore parts of your life and your identity. We have the space to delve into past experiences alongside current difficulties, in a non-judgemental and contained way. I'd like to assist you in reaching your full potential and in becoming your true, authentic self.
We can explore your relationship difficulties, your attachment experiences and your low self-esteem among many other things.
I offer an open and flexible form of therapy that does not necessarily follow a rigid structure. We can be responsive to you and your needs at each session.
I am trained in humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioural approaches. We can use an integrative approach based on what feels right for you.
I specialise in forgiveness work. We could use forgiveness tools to release stored resentment, anger, guilt and shame and help you to build confidence and self-love.
